As a principal in Nobu, Teper brings unique vision and foresight of the Nobu brand into the namesake hotels and living experiences. Never one to rest, Teper also has played an integral role in the development and funding of several restaurants with De Niro including Tribeca Grill and Ago.

Trevor Horwell has been CEO of Nobu Hospitality since 2009. Prior to this he was Global Head of Hotels for Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos for 8 years. Previously he was CEO of COMO Investment and COMO Hotels and had a distinguished career with Global Hyatt serving as CFO Europe, VP Operations and Hotel General Manager. He is a regular key-note speaker at many hotel industry forums both in the US and internationally.
